“My dishwasher died 4 days before we had 10 friends over for a curry night. I called Paul at Ace Electric who sourced a machine and could deliver the following Monday (3 days after the curry evening). Hearing my dilemma, he talked to John, his fantastic fitter. John then rejigged his schedule and my new machine was fitted on the Thursday – 3 days after my call! Paul and John are definitely my knights in shining armour!!
