Amazing local shop. Needed a FridgeFreezer today to fit a specific gap in my elderly Mum’s kitchen and not only did Paul know the one model that would fit but amazingly had in stock in the shop in Fleet so I could have it today. Price same as major retailers online.

Great from start to finish. Popped in for some advice before Paul offered to come round and measure to make sure the new integrated fridge would fit. Fast and great installation!
Our 6 month old Bosch washing machine failed, and Bosch were unable to say when the required spare part would come in. I rang Paul, he rang Bosch,. and then arranged to deliver a new Bosch washing machine the next day. You really couldn't ask for better customer service!

Had a dishwasher installed by the team today. Purchase was very easy with a quick delivery. The chaps installing arrived in the time window mentioned, were very friendly and done a great (and fast) instillation. Very happy and I would recommend their service!
Shout out to Paul and the team. Second time using them and the service has been spot on. Paul has gone over and above to support us during Christmas when our oven broke down so we were still able to have a nice cooked Christmas day meal. Prices for the ovens and installation were more than reasonable and better than others you may be tempted to turn to in the main high street as it were. Will continue to use in the future for any white goods etc we need.
An excellent, efficient service provided by Ace just before Christmas. We needed a new washing machine urgently and they fitted our chosen Bosch model, just 2 days before Christmas. We love our new machine and would recommend Ace Electric, any time. Amazing service. Thanks.
Amazing service as always. I went here in desperation having been cancelled twice by AEG for a repair (who finally told me it would cost £400 to fix) and not having a machine for three weeks and with a heavily pregnant daughter coming to stay. I chose a machine, and it was delivered and fitted the next day. Excellent customer service and a company who really do go the extra mile to help. Another bonus is that they will fit machines into hard wired sockets - not something John Lewis or AON will do.
