Ace Electric did a fantastic job replacing my Mum’s washing machine. They removed the old machine and all packaging, installed the new one efficiently, and carefully removed and refitted the integral cupboard door. The hinges were adjusted and refitted perfectly. The team were professional, tidy, and a pleasure to deal with — I’m extremely pleased with the service.

Bought a dishwasher from this firm and thought it would be straightforward. The tumble dryer we had, decided after years to give up the ghost. I went to talk to Ace Electric following a recommendation. I was quite set on a buying an expensive model, but after great advice from the owner, decided I could get what I wanted from a slightly cheaper model. This honesty and not hard selling is so important and they have it abundance. Dryer delivered next day and old one taken away. All very professional, but friendly with it. I'll definitely use them again.

My fridge freezer decided to break down at the weekend. The fridge part wasn't chilling, so to Ace Electrics website I went. I have used them several times before, so knew I would be getting a first rate service. I ordered the fridge, Paul phoned me just to check a couple of details, and today was the date made for delivery. Just been delivered, fitted, and the old one and all the packaging taken away. Excellent service as always. Thank you Paul for your great service, and very helpful advice.

Two appliances bought from Ace over the last six months (a tumble drier and a freezer) and the service, pricing,and delivery were all very, very impressive. Friendly, quick, helpful (right down to trotting out into their warehouse to check, at our request, that the items were manufactured in 'acceptable' countries) 😁

Excellent customer service. It's refreshing to deal with a company where the staff are so knowledgeable about the products they sell. Also, not only did they fit my fridge/freezer, while they were here doing that they also helped with another small DIY matter we were having trouble with. Competitive prices too.

David Spoke to Paul as we wanted a fridge for our son in the Army and it was a present neither ourselves our are son could collect as we are based in the NW, Pul sorted the fridge and went above and beyond to deliver the fridge on the same day as purchase.
