My elderly mother’s tumble dryer packed in and ACE electrics came to the rescue! Not only were they able to deliver and fit the machine more quickly than the likes of Currys and Comet, they also sourced her a basic model, without all the digital frills that most appliances now come with! They were brilliant from start to finish. They also provided me with the details of Keen Electric to do some much needed. rewiring. Their customer service was excellent too! A 5 star rating isn’t high enough in my opinion. We need to support these local, independent businesses or sadly we will lose them.

My dishwasher died 4 days before we had 10 friends over for a curry night ….. I called Paul at Ace Electric who sourced a machine and could deliver the following Monday …… (3 days after the curry evening) hearing my dilemma he talked to John his fantastic fitter …. John then rejigged his schedule….. my new machine was fitted on the Thursday …..3 days after my call ….. Paul & John are definitely my Knights in shining armour. Thank you again for such excellent service.
A live and helpful person on hand to advise! (Why meander around superstores wondering about products?) Truly great service, finding a dishwasher to meet my criteria. Within five minutes I am given a choice of two, buy one and get it home that day. And at a good price too.
Paul was recommended by several people and I was very pleased that when my washer/dryer finished its days, I went here and got a new one. Came within a few days, fitted it and took the old one away. Thoroughly recommend.
